Here are two interesting video finds which stand out from others once you know the basics of Ho'oponopono and are looking for additional information to shed more light on the practice. It is an interview with Dr Hew Len speaking to Mabel Katz - two practitioners of the ancient Hawaiian practice.
See here for a run down of everything to do with ho'oponopono beforehand if you are unfamiliar with the healing practice - http://sharingsoulsecrets.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/all-about-hooponopono_97.html
The most important thing at the center of everything you will see, hear or read is to just CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN - as much as you can (and with no expectations).
From these two videos you can expect talk on his education with Morrnah, Hawaii's most notable healer (2.10 and 22.59), having a pure heart (11.11), what does cleaning look like to Dr Len (14.43), divinity is always talking to you (18.53), talking cars! (26.56), cleaning tools (33.15). Others - clean as much as possible/ phobias, fears illnesses are just data, (more phobia aid in this post) - http://sharingsoulsecrets.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/book-review-untethered-soul-by-michael.html

Manifesting Successfully
I came across a few videos of 'The Secret' speaker Joe Vitale on Youtube and found them to be a nice concise wrap up on manifesting your desires using the Law of Attraction. I just wanted to highlight a couple of helpful reminders.
Firstly, think about what you want to manifest as playfully as you can. This creates excitement which is a good vibration and Joe advocates saying 'wouldn't it be cool if.' This was something his friend started saying and found that he manifested things he wanted a lot more successfully.
Saying 'wouldn't it be cool if I attracted this amount of money/got the ideal job/this person etc' is playful and has a sense of detachment which is crucial for manifestation because if you are desperate to create your intention you are unconsciously saying you do not think it is going to happen; by wanting something desperately you are putting out the energy of needing it which just attracts more 'needing' in your life.

All About Ho'oponopono
Information heavy post. I write what
Ho'oponopono is, how to practice it, the essential inner child meditation,
cleaning tools & extras. Therefore keep scrolling & skip sections until you
find what you are looking for!
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing practice in which you say the following mantra -
'I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you'
in any order you like to clean away negativity and then you will see changes in your life as problems are miraculously solved and inspiration is received. The mantra is an internal silent dialogue which you repeat to yourself or can be uttered out loud as often as you like depending on how desperate your situation may be. You are cleaning away memory programs picked up until you get to zero state which is a clean slate and inspirational ideas from the divine will replace the old data.

Book Review: The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer
The Untethered Soul Book Cover |
The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer gained in notoriety
when the author became a favourite of Oprah Winfrey, appearing on her Super
Soul Sunday segment. I wanted to see what all the hype was about and was not
let down. This book is so profound and wise that what you are reading resonates
deeply within you and I really can see it changing lives. The best part is that
it is written so simply and that’s kind of the beauty of it.
